Pretty low, if you ask me. But in an age where elementary school shooting and child porn and molestation rules the media, are you really surprised?
A decade ago two friends of mine sometimes taped a good pounding if given the opportunity. One of them used to bang MILFs in their 40s (he’s butt ugly, so I guess that’s the best he could get), but the quality of his films was very bad, so not much to see. The other guy who also filmed chicks actually showed us a good quality video of a chick that he thought was a one-night stand, but later become more stable. As the weeks went on he went from proud of his direction skills to be very embarrassed because like a dozen guys had seen his girlfriend taking it like a champion, and sometimes one of us crossed paths with him and his girlfriend, so it was obviously uncomfortable for him that a few pervert guys had seen that video because of his own poor judgment. Some guys would even imitate the GF’s moaning in our way out.
And that was way before the YouTubes, Porntubes, Redtubes, Tube8s, Xtremetubes, Pornhubs, etc of today, so don’t film it; that ish can definitely backfire.
Never heard about Xtremetubes…I’ll check it out 
I can think of one or two from the past that probably deserve it, but, I would never (probably most likely not, at least).

What is the “pain and humiliation” for women? They look sexy when having sex. Are they guilty about the fact that they have sex and now the world knows that they do?
They should have interviewed guys whose O face is now known to the world thanks to ex-GFs. That would be humiliating. (Million dollar idea here…)
