nah, dont think much into it. this looks like one of the schweser easy questions where option C is most likely not related to the question they are asking, thus making it wrong. by revenue funds do they mean revenue bonds? revenue bonds get cash flows from underlying projects, such as toll brigdges etc.
the answer was "A revenue fund is not an external enhancement, it is an internal enhancement. " so it seems to be a typo.

Anyone notice a bunch of Schweser typos, particularly in q bank
not only in q-bank, but in the concept checkers in the notes as well. Sometimes it will say the correct answer is C, but the explanation is clearly talking about choice A.
