CFA Institute hasn’t asked candidates to determine overall risk tolerance for a number of years now, so I wouldn’t concern myself with it if I were you.
It’s far more likely that they’ll ask you to identify or discuss factors that would increase or decrease an investor’s willingness or ability to bear risk.
