Roll Call..where are you taking the exam? Also make sure you check your location

Taking it in Washington, DC…and yes I made a hotel reservation at the Dulles Expo center and then realized they moved it to the DC convention center… reminder to everyone here…see if your site has changed and make sure you know where it is… don’t need extra stress Saturday or Sunday morning after all the he_l we have been through Other stupid reminders 1) Make sure your ticket is on clean/unused paper 2) Leave your cell phone in your call 3) Extra Batteries 4) Bring a jacket or sweater any other crap that I am forgeting?

i meant car…see I am already screwed…hopefully I will get my candidate # right.

I’m guessing #1 only applies if your not picking up your ticket at will-call?

Jeez for me: 1. Lunch. Make sure to have variety. I’m bringing a sandwich so I have a one of those sandwich cooler things. Apple and banana. Don’t wan’t McD’s again. 2. Ear plugs…Always wear as it gives me this type of “tunnel concentration.” 3. Mints - Hidden in pocket. In case I have a bad taste in my mouth. 4. Contact case with fluid in - In case contact start bugging me. 5. Glasses - In bag outside test center. In case I have to ditch the contacts 6. Watch… Usually have to buy one. Hopefully last years is still ticking 7. Exam Ticket 8. Two Calculators 9. Wardrobe. Cargo shorts with a botton down shirt and sneakers. No sandles as it can get too cold. If I’m warm I’ll take off the shirt. 10. No books but I’ll bring my personal notes in case something comes up. Probably won’t look at them 11. 4 or 5 sharpened pencils 12. Eraser pen. 13. Wallet.

Wow, feels weird to be having this thread in a serious context, kind of surreal.

"3. Mints - Hidden in pocket. In case I have a bad taste in my mouth. " more like: mint - in case I throw up on the exam from disgust and anxiety…

I remember when I took the SAT for the 1st time I had this awful taste in my mouth. It completely distracted me.

Portland OR Pinkman has a good list! Ear plugs were a life saver for me on Level I… At the break the guy next to me said I actually stressed him out because of the sound of my pencil feverishly circling in answers. When I took my ear plugs out I was amazed at hour loud and distracting I found the fan, coughing, ect Beyond that the most important things I’ll bring: -16 sharpened pencils (8 for AM & 8 for PM) just think about the wasted time from sharpening your pencil if you only bring in 1 or 2 -2 calcs with replacement batteries -secret sauce & my 1 page study sheet to review at lunch Also, my personal max time per question is 15 min so before answering questions I will write my desired end time for each item set so I can focus on the items sets and not time during the 3 hours.
