i think its safe to post #'s here as we’re all anonymous anyway. was wondering if you guys knew what a first year research analyst on the buy side,with no previous experience would make? or something comparative. base/bonus.
try the general forums. Also try the search feature - I know a number of people have been asking. Numi has been vocal in that thread, he should have a good sense. My first reaction was BUY-SIDE research analyst with no experience…very hard to come by. I’d say perhaps 80k base. Sell-side entry-level analysts make about 65k these days.
