I have passed all levels of CFA. Currently working in one of Big 4 firms. I have total 3 years of experience in financial consultancy. How much should I expect for a financial analyst job in KSA as I am moving from Pakistan.

I’m guessing Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. That said, probably not much if you don’t have something lined up already. Just moving to a foreign country is a pretty dodgy strategy with no direct experience.
Why KSA?
It is a fked up place with everything happening behind closed compounds. If you are hellbent on going there, you want to leverage your experience to get into ARAMCO. If you get in there you are set for life.
Stay, Schooling if you have kids, Plane tickets etc back to your homeland all taken care of. You can save at least 70% of what you earn. They pay salaries exceeding some western nations too.
But seriously your life outside the gated community will be ZERO. Kuwait, Oman, UAE and Doha are better places in the middle east.
Was trying to figure out what KSA is… I was wondering if it was the airport in Kinshasa…
