Salary increase after CFA

So frustrating. Wasn’t CFA meant to trigger a big salary increase? I only got a tiny retention and a marginal salary increase of 3% compensating inflation :frowning: 3 years for nothing!!!

I always thought the main outcome of the CFA was to broaden your knowledge? Salary increase is surely just a potential by product that may or may not materialise? In your case it seems like it hasn’t materialised immediately, but who’s to say it won’t over time? Stay positive!

Shouldn’t be too hard in this market.

Dude. You have a job!!! Yesterday a CFA charterholder served me my burger and fries. He wasn’t as lucky as you are.

I can see my name badge now: Rick, CFA, Five McDonalds stars…

With year over year CPI at 0.2%, you should be happy with 3%!
