How was acting on that call not material non-public information? What I take from this item set is that if you know that there is a high probability of a corporate action occurring, but you don’t know what it is, this is not material non-public information? I guess this call could have been only a minor shelf offering or some bs like that, yeah? So then you can take that knowledge and mosaic it (yeah I just made that a verb)?
