I want to buy one of the two. Which do you recommend? I know people been saying that 1 is really hard, but which one was more useful?
If you want to feel good take sample test 2, If you want to get kicked in the ass to make you study harder go for sample 1.
means sample 2 is not useful? I was planning to take sample 2 before 1 but given time constraint I dont know
I took sample 1 and did well. I did not take sample 2 - too late in the game and I didn’t want to kill my confidence (just my opinion). I’ve seen mixed reviews about sample exam results, with the majority saying sample 1 was harder than sample 2. Either way, I think seeing at least 1 of the 2 would be a good thing. So take your pick.
I plan to do the two today. I think it is my culmination of my effort. If I see anything wrong, I would rather want to now than later. My errors stick to my mind better
I took both. 58% on Sample 1, 69% on Sample 2, and I thought both were really hard. For comparison, on CFAI Mock I got 77% on AM and 80% on PM, but I did these one week after the Samples. I’m now getting in the low to mid 80’s on Stalla’s Practice Exams. I always think it’s helpful to do official CFAI questions to get a feel for how difficult they’ll be come exam day. Stalla’s questions are helpful reminders for all the information they might cover on the real exam, but the questions are not as difficult as the ones CFAI has on the Samples and the Mocks (in other words, don’t rely on Stalla and Schweser are being representative of the real thing). Not that Level II will be the same as Level I, but I found the Level I Samples to be much more difficult than the actual exam and the Mock to be very similar to the exam. I’m hoping for a similar outcome here.
Just finished Sample 2 and got 86%… didn’t take sample- 1
Just wanted to let you know that there was no Quant,Corp Finance and Equity section in sample-II
