I distrust anyone who claims to predict the future, or is a little too sure about their own conjecture. If this guy has such a great record of being correct, why isn’t he the richest man alive. If he predicted the housing downturn, why didn’t he buy CDS’s on those w/ huge CDO exposure, or short the mortgage giants, or builders. All these doomsday people are always predicting, but never profiting. I’ll believe this guy’s predictions when Silvia Brown and Miss Cleo win the mega millions jackpot.
