Does scenario analysis require the simulation of movements in multiple variables (int rate, stock price, commodity price etc) at the same time or can it be a movement in just one variable?
Sensitivity analysis deals movement of a single variable while scenario analysis deals with movement of multiple variables across (i) different points in time and (ii) different underlying assumptions.
