Can an ex investment manager use the performance data of his ex fund management company without the formal written consent of the the former employee?
I thought that such performance data are confidential and are owned by the old employer and not the emplyee

i think fund performance is public information and is not work generated by others. Therefore you dont need permission to use it, but you probably need to reference the source if you include it in a composite and rename it.
