So I’m seeing LOS related to book 1 of schweser which I have seen no schweser exam or sample question on yet. (yet to do mock) LOS 5.a Formulate an appropriate response to actions with violate the CFA Institute Code of Ethics and Standards (p95 schweser etc) LOS 5.b Prepare appropriate policy and procedural changes needed to assure compliance… LOS 6.c Recommended practices and procedures designed to prevent violations of the Asset Manager Code has anyone seen testing practice material on these? if so where? These questions, obviously part of an essay paper, could be quite hard as they require reproducing exact wording of the standards without prompting.
uhh those will be MCQ …ethics has always been tested as MCQ
