Exam 1, afternoon session question, they ask what the swap is worth from the dollar worth from the counter party paying dollars. Don’t they mean the original dollar borrower? Wouldn’t the counter party paying dollars be the counter party who borrowed dollars in the swap not issued the bond in dollars?
