Question 10: the % impact of taxes on the total return for BC is… My question: when calculating the pretax return, why do we include the impact of the dividend withholding tax rate when calculating the PRETAX dividends? Isn’t it PRETAX?
Look at last two lines on page 42, although they calculate the net USD dividend after tax of 2,737 in the second to the last line, they use the pre-tax amount of 3.220 to calculate pre-tax return on the last line.
