Where to get it?

Log into your account in CFAI website;
Go to: Program\CFA Program\Candidate Resources (in the left column);
On the left: Study -> Level III errata. Then you will get a PDF file which was updated on Dec 2, 2013.

And where to get the SCHWESER errata (not the CFA one)?

Come on, not that hard to find:
