I’m having a tough time figuring out the answer to this question based on the answer key. If the local market declined by 12% shouldn’t the equation for domestic returns be (1±12%) = 0.88 rather than just using -12% as they have done in the key? Also, in the same equation for Rdc where does the 15% come from?
