Does anyone else have an issue with Schweser telling them one release date for product and then switching that date? I had that happen to me recently with the 3 day final review archive. They said April 22nd and now they are saying May. It is a deceptive practice. Here is the response I got back from their customer service. I don’t remember anyone ever telling me that the dates are always tentative. I don’t remember Stalla ever having this issue. Any thoughts? ------------------ I understand. The seminar is the pre recorded seminar of a prior weekly seminar, usually the first one that takes place which was just recently. The dates are always tentative and subject to change due to IT and assignment of the online products and the timing. I’m sorry I don’t have any better news for you. Thank you,
I am not surprised if there was any IT/technical screw-up. Even on video lecture CDs in two different occasions, the lecturer admits they had to re-record because IT lost the original recording.
