Hi, guys What’s the difference between vol 1 and vol 2 in terms of content? If I only have time to go through one book, which book should I purchase? I read from someone’s post in the past that vol 2 contains mainly old actual exams from 2006 and 2007. Is that correct? Thanks much.
you can get those exams from the CFA website. Vol. 1 has always been more representative than Vol. 2 for me, basing that on the other 2 levels. Vol. 2 is sometimes just hard for ridiculous reasons, like substituting an “and” for an “or” in one of those incorrect/correct questions, or nitpicking certain things that even the CFAI won’t stoop to.
