Schweser Q bank enough ?

Hey Guys - Is the Schweser Q bank enough for Level2 ? It was very helpful for me for level 1 but for level 2 I am already seeing repetitive questions. They don’t have enough vignettes either ? Should I be worried ? Should I start looking at passmater ? any help is appreciated. thanks ! IT

panic now!!!

im going heavy on qbank = we’ll find out i guess. For me, thats the way i learn - repetition of practice questions - it worked for me on the CPA, and on L1 of CFA, so thats what i’m gonna do. If i fail, well then, they offer L2 again in June 2011. I just took L1 last Dec, and I almost don’t care anymore, i just want a damn break…

@epoh What does that mean ? Are you just bored and decided to fill the forums with some crap ? @smileygladhands Thanks for the response.

I should add to that that i’m not going exclusively qbank, though. I read secret sauce alot, and i go back to source material when i continually bomb on a qbank area (portfolio management)

I have followed that strategy successfully in L1 and I feel that is the best way to active studying. Just want to make sure I am not mis-interpreting the question difficulty.

i think once the mock exam becomes available, we’ll find out. If so, we’ll still have a month to panic over it

is ny1 of u planin 2 go thru the questions in cfa module also??m bit tensed cz hav heard dat schweser qbanks r nt at al sufficient…although dre r many ques in cfa module which hav nt been xplained in schweser notes bt may appear in d xam(as per told by few cfa charterholders)…also i need 1 more help-"does ny1 has access 2 errata reportin in schweser notes??

The Q-Bank will help to cement some concepts, but the EOC vignette-style questions are much more representative of the actual exam. I’d concentrate on the EOC MC questions.

citiboy what you mean by EOC MC questions? is it CFA test book end of chapter questions?

What he means is in the CFA texts, there are questions at the end of every reading. Some the questions are just regular problems, some are laid out in the multiple choice vignette style that is used on the exam.

dus ne1 no if I cn rqst cfa exm in txt lingo? i’ve trbl rdng prpr eng.

I’ve done 1600 QBank questions and I am taking a break from those to focus on the EOC questions. I want to make sure I do every EOC question. Then I will resume QBank when I am at work or periods when I don’t have much time to study.

Correct, by EOC MC questions I mean End Of Chapter Multiple Choice questions. From what I’ve heard, these ones are very much like the actual exam.
