But how about the second client? The question doesn’t say the client was from the consultant again. I just thought this is not from the consultant side, hence no violation on referral. However, Schweser says since Ulster now discovers that boss is violating VI©, he should not get any referral from him. Questions: 1. Is this “don’t touch the boss now” attitude appropriate? 2. Does this mean that if I know a guy has done plagiarism, I can’t accept referral from him?
