For those of you on Scottrade, what is a good index no load low expense ratio mutual fund to pursue. I used the fund screener, but did not find too many good ones. I can’t fathom paying .5+% management fee for an index mutual fund. I’m hoping for a vanilla S&P type fund or Investment Grade Bond Fund. The bond fund is more appealing, but hard to come by. Most of my account is ETFs. Though it would be nice to have a fund to sweep dividends into so they don’t sit in cash earning nothing.
