The Commission is aware of the continued potential of sudden and excessive fluctuations of odor coming in the functioning of restrooms that could threaten fair and orderly ventilation. Given the importanance of confidence in our ability to breath, the SEC has banned bowel movements on the NYSE floor’s restroom. This is order is in effect until Oct 2nd, 2008
