I want to change my carrier and move onto finance. I am on the second year of Banking and Finance at LSE external, and…now I am starting to look for some certificates that will help my enter into the industry. So I first have found of course CFA and FRM. Then exploring the FRM web site i have found two programs under Risk Basics section namely:
Foundations of Banking Risk (FBR)
International Certificate in Banking Risk and Regulation (ICBRR)
http://www.garp.org/risk-education/risk-basics.aspx
Did anyone here do these exams. Personaly the first one seems to me pretty mich redundand with the subject banking that I’ve passed but the other one is much more heavier. Still I do not know how much is the second one redundant with the FRM exams.
I am not in hurry and I would like to climb step by step
Any suggestions ?
thanx
