sell side research 1st year 85k base+bonus (on track for 25k-30K)
Sell side research 4th year associate - slightly lower than the previous lowest listed base for FO work in this thread, and bonus of 10-20%. Time to move up or out, I think.
Well I work in IT, trying to break into finance. 33 yo, South Florida, 125-135K(my own consulting firm)… when I was full time, an even 100K… these salaries are somewhat encouraging to read, I knew I would take a haircut to make the switch but it doesnt sound like it’ll be that bad…
