Does anyone here know how I’d be able to know if a shelf registration filed by a company was done simply to renew an expired one or not? The best I have to go on is that shelves last 3 years now, so I’m thinking that if one were filed sometime close to or before November 2010 then it’s likely that the filing was a renewal. Is there any way for me not to be guessing here? Thanks,
