This is my first post on AF, though I have been following the forum for nearly 2 years. I just need your advice; last night I only slept 5.5 hours. I know that in order to be in full concentration mode on exam day, a person needs to sleep well (at least 7 hours) during the 2 nights before the exam.
Do you think I should try to compensate today and sleep like 10 hours? i really dont want any “exogeneous” factor to affect my performance.
dont over sleep or over eat as it will make you more tired and lethargic - try go for a long walk before bed and get a normal nights sleep - whatever that is for you.
