So frustrating

I took the third sample tonight, and got a 66 like i did on the first one. Its like CFAI knows how the point of my capabilties, then dangles the carrot just out of reach… I dont wanna be a band 10 fail, i want to be a band 1 pass… Done venting, time to work harded.

Don’t worry again 30 probs is not a good indicator. 66 in real is pass for sure.

i was a band 10 last year and i think at least 2 of my samples had 5 handles on the front of them. you’re doing fine. relax. we’re all going to pass.

banni, 5 handles???

i think 2 of my 3 samples in 08 were scores like a 50 and a 56. 5 handles. feel free to use this terminology in your everyday life. like, you don’t want a girlfriend with a 2 handle on here weight… for example… unless that’s what you like and if it is, good for you.

After how stressed I look right now, I’ll take what I can get. Pass the 2-handle and Courvoisier

AWESOME. on that note (and my weight well below a 2 handle), i’m going to bed. but really CFAdreams- high 60’s on game day is most likely a pass. rip it up for the next 2 weeks and you’re golden bud.

thanks bannisja… im praying for the best for all of us, but know we really gotta work harder now than ever… And I love the handle terminology, i will find a way to incorporate that into a convo tomorrow.

hmm, I think I do like the term, nice one! 15 hours at the office for me, time to go home, sleep and do it all again tomorrow!

A band is something you never want to see on your CFAI exam results. If you are in the 10 band in means you failed – but, hey, you are in the top 10% of failures (I was a 9 – between 11% and 20%).

We have divided the full group of failed candidates into ten approximately equal score bands. Your score band below shows how your overall score on the exam compares with all other failed candidates. For example, if your reported score band is 1, you scored in approximately the bottom 10% of failed candidates. If your reported score band is 2, your score was within the next band width ranging from approximately the bottom 11% to 20% of failed candidates. If your score band is reported as 10, you scored in the top 10% of all failed candidates. Performance band of your overall score among all candidates who failed the exam: 10

I can look at the scores on each section and know where I went wrong…I feel for you guys that had to get in the 10% range (congrats?) - but don’t worry, you’ll all pass this time around.

Band 10 on level 1… hurts so good…
