Its a case study, so there is nothing really to remmeber her. But its useful to skip the initial description, and check the latter half where they compare each type of soft dollar practice against whether it is allowed by the standard - sort of like doing a bunch of questions and checking the answer. Worth skimming through if you are bummed out with reading the heavy stuff.
How long is the appendix 3?
5-6 pages I believe.
