What software programs do the banks use to create their analyst reports, weekly reviews, etc? I’m assuming they create a template in Indesign and then just copy over their models and charts from Excel? Just curious, thanks.
Most research shops either use in-house developed software for publishing their research reports (larger banks, typically), and smaller firms use either BlueMatrix or a patchwork of publishing software (I worked with Microsoft Word-generated reports based on a general template and PDF-ed the final reports with an Outlook-generated distribution list before).
