I am looking at Exhibit 10: Special Purpose Entity in the CFAI books (p. 155). Almost everything in example makes sense, but appears a bit out-of-context. One thing that didn’t make any sense was ‘Sponsor Country’ – does this mean anything besides Sponsor? What does Sponsor Country mean?
