Hello friends, Can anyone point me to a web site with a list of current special situations, preferably for the US and Canadian market? I’m talking spin-offs, tender offers, bankruptcies, all that good stuff - in a nice list. Thanks.

Those are known as corporate actions around these parts. Look on bloomberg.

You can also check out “the deal” and “Deal book”. I don’t know about a public info bankruptcy site.
