I am a CFA candidate and I have passed the level 3 exam this June. Now I am applying for the CFA charter. Recently I clicked the “Request Sponsor Forms” button, the website shows that”An e-mail containing a link to your customized sponsor form was sent to your primary e-mail account.” But I check my email account several times and didn’t find this email. I also changed my primary email address to my other email address and tried to receive Sponsor Email Request using this new email address and I also didn’t receive it until now. I don’t know why.
the link didn’t work for me either. I called the customer service and they couldn’t tell me what went wrong. In the end, I printed out the form and mail it to my sponsors.
