If the spot rate term sturcture is flat, what is true of the discount function(ie the set of discount factors) as function of maturity?

B. Increasing with maturity

Discount factor ~ 1/(1+sโ‚œ)แต€ where T is time to maturity, sโ‚œ - spot rate, hence it is always decreasing function for almost any shape of the spot curve
