Guys…I’m trying to calculate the PV of the lease on page 521. PMT= $10,000 Int=10% N=4 I can’t seem to come up with the PV of $31,700…Anyone? I seem to be coming up with a retarded value: $4,378.???
Never mind…I should have been using the CASH Flow funtion on my BA2 Plus. As opposed to calculating an annuity.
You can do it, just make sure you don’t have a value input for FV. PMT = -10,000, N=4, I/Y=10, FV=0, CPT PV
You had a 40,000 input as FV:)
