Standard I (A)

schweser exam 1 PM question 2. the one about the analyst who gets invited to the luxury suite in the baseball game and he accepts, and he’s in violation of I (A) is he in violation because he supposedly didn’t know that going to the game was wrong? cuz i dont see anything from the question that implies he didn’t know it was wrong. or is it that he’s a CFA, and anytime a CFA violates any standard at all, he violates I (A) also? for I (A), what’s the deal with accident vs. purposely violated? and is there a thing with if you’re a CFA vs if you’re not?

I don’t have Schweser, can you provide the entire question?
