Strategy for passing

Given that the exam is weighted heavily towards equity and fsa, would it be an absurd idea for me to study only FSA/Equity/Ethics/Econ/PM going forward? FSA/Equity, because the two topics could total ~50% of the exam, and ethics/econ/pm because they are primarily qualitative and will require less pure memorization. At this point, I have some familiarity with the entire curriculum, but have mastered none of it.

Corp Finance is included in the FSA weighting. Derivatives are included in the Asset Valuation weighting. Quant will probably be used all over the place. I would hate to lose easy points on those sections…

I’d suggest reviewing everything using Secret Sauce and mastering some typical problems such as calculating forward price, understanding temproral vs all-current methods, etc.
