Stress relief tactics

What are people’s favorite stress relief tactics? I’ve had to employ mine quite frequently these last few months: -hitting the treadmill -cleaning the apartment -comfort food like buffalo wings or sushi -surfing p0rn

posting here

-Gym -Golf -Reading And the real stress relievers: -Booze -Beer -Bimbos

-wash car -work out -play basketball -drunk -f!ck -punching bag -eat…alot -p0rn -booze (gotta wait a long time to be able to get back to regular activity though) -surf the web

Cigarettes, eating and, stangely enough, exercise.

My gf has some excellent stress relief tactics.

Well aren’t they all just temporary? for me, i stay away from pron as bt one point it had become a major addiction. so my perfect stress busters are the gym… and the ladies.

I usually bike to the gym but yesterday I ran - I did intervals on every avenue on the way back - walked across the intersection and did windsprints in between the intersections. Was awesome - I would recommend it. I relieve stress pretty well pushing myself hard physically.

I got my “stress relief” today, pushing a car with a dead battery. For Christ sake, I didn’t know in what poor shape I am in! My heart was pounding even minutes after the car had parked (it never started. When I looked unter the hood I saw the reason: Acid had run all over the friggin battery, it was deader than dead) and I had a sore throat as if I had just finished a marathon! Shoot! I have to do something about it, seriously. But that puts me under even more pressure/stress!

In terms of activities - hitting the gym and heading to the park. But in terms of complete stress relief, I remind myself constantly during the day to maintain composure…No matter what the situation, how bad, always maintain my composure…Goes a long way!

http://www.helpguide.org/mental/stress_management_relief_coping.htm#look An important part of stress management is coping and venting. People get rid of their stress in many different ways. The sooner you learn how you deal with stress and how to vent in healthy ways, the better.

stress is for pu**ies!

Agreed. That is very important, especially when you are (or want to get) into a leading position. People are losing their respect for superiors who can’t get a grip on themselves. They might fear their outbursts, but respect is what you want.

More often than not he is usually dreaming.
