Based on the above, I assume 88 in your name is not your year of birth. As was discussed in other thread, fun stuff if you google 88, though.

Unless you keep changing 'em to be in ‘honeymoon phase’ all the time. When i used to be on my Marlboro Reds, i NEVER stressed out, didn’t know what stress was. I quit few years ago and since then have hardly ever seen a day without stress.

Oh really - well we call it a knacker accent here - awful!! Not all of us dubs sound like that eej!t…

i cant tell the difference, i dont care… haha

^low standards, my type of woman

you can’t tell the difference between the different Irish accents - Cillian Murphy/liam neeson/colin farrel Johnathan Rhys Meyers has the proper dublin accent!

i suppose when you put it like that, i can tell a difference… but i cant tell which one is the street one, other than now knowing its colin farrel’s accent! and yes exceptions can be made when someone looks THAT good.

I suppose you have his p0rn video on file?

no!?! relax, its all in good fun, I’m not serious

Check it out. You might change your mind about him after you see it. I did.

Back to the original topic, knocked out a 6:40 mile yesterday, best since high school. Thinking about splurging on a GPS distance monitor to track my outdoor miles when it’s warm enough to run in the park. Anyone have suggestions for brands?

That’s pretty fast. I did a 6:30 about two years ago (my record time) but haven’t made it back to that level since. JDV laughs at my time, he is like the Flash or something. …been looking to get an iPod jogging thing for the park this Summer, my friend tested one on the track and says it is quite accurate.

My goal is to see a mile time with a 5 in front of it. Hope to be able to do that by the end of the summer. I have a friend who knocked out 4:51 recently.

Heard back from my marathoner friend, I’m gonna get me this one. “Nike+ is the one. It’s meant for Nikes but works with any shoe…I just velcroed it onto my running shoe.”
