Stupid mistakes!!!

Now that the dust has settled, I’m realizing I made some dumb mistakes in the AM section of the exam. So frustrating! Anyone else with me?

I am not sure I even remember many AM questions. It was like a blunt force trauma that must have caused amnesia. I do remember some that in hindsight, I could have answered a lot better.

Not so many for PM, though I remember the questions more. I think because of the relaxed time limit, I managed to catch most of the “clever” bits in the PM questions and answer them while avoiding the traps.

i made stupid mistakes on pm… if the question involved 2 calcs but the first one took a long amount of time… by the time i finished that first calc i forgot i was supposed to do one more. and instead i circled the answer choice b/c of course, cfai provided an answer choice that matched my first half calc lol.

Agree with you on the PM. I felt much more “in the groove” and was able to spot the “tricks” in some of the questions. But AM was brutual. I just want to pass this thing and get the charter.

AM was nasty, would have been ok if it wasnt for the amount and the randomness of some questions … plus the use of templates doesnt help, sure I probably threw away so much writing in the wrong places!

As long as you lable and indicate clearly which answer is for what, you should be fine.

Don’t worry too much about the AM, everyone feels the same. I have the feeling for level III, it is the PM session that dominates.

Many passers during my time were surprised to find out how they could pass with such a low score in AM while pretty much killing the PM session.

^ Thing is PM wasn’t easier this time around unlike past years were consensus was PM was easy and AM was tough. This year people are saying both exams were decent…not too easy and not to tough.

^That’s my feeling too. Both exams were fairly even…at least for me.

^ huh?

So hopefully 60 would be MPS and we both get more than MPS to pass this exam:)

I missed the first template, had to rewrite my answer in the template provided.

Man, that we some chicken strach i put in there, hope they can read it. Spent too much time on the first two cases, then was hit with missing the first template. didn’t feel like it was a good start to the test!

im worried about my handwritng too

not only my handwriting but also spelling and abbreviations used.

I made 5 stupid mistakes in the PM and around 3 mistakes in the AM … oh well

I made mistakes too, but honestly I’m not worried. I passed. 5 mistakes still equals a pass.

Even rushing the last three questions on the morning equals a pass. You should all relax.

I dont have that kind of confidence RH Bhai anyway…

But then I pass or fail is not going to change my life anyway, So I relax either way knowing nothing is going to change in two months
