Submitting an application - work experience

Guys, I have questions regarding work experience:

  1. I worked for two employers, but occupied the same position and was performing exactly the same duties:
  • Do I need to include these two employers? Given that I have plenty of years to cover the requirements using just one;
  • Can I use a manager from an employer that I did not include in, as a reference?
  • Can I just copy the same experience under these two employers given that the duties are the same?
  1. Also, I am just curious, what do references receive from CFAI? Like they need to write the same detailed tasks etc.?
