Guys, I have questions regarding work experience:
- I worked for two employers, but occupied the same position and was performing exactly the same duties:
- Do I need to include these two employers? Given that I have plenty of years to cover the requirements using just one;
- Can I use a manager from an employer that I did not include in, as a reference?
- Can I just copy the same experience under these two employers given that the duties are the same?
- Also, I am just curious, what do references receive from CFAI? Like they need to write the same detailed tasks etc.?
