Im looking for a high quality pen to increase speed and penmanship on AM that meets CFA guidlines, any suggestions?
As a follow up, if I cross out something in the answer box, does that mean the grader will not grade it? Should I put 100 lines though it to be sure?? Sounds ignorantly obvious but Im just trying to cover all my corners here. Thanks in advance!
Dont use an erasable pen. It might create a mess due to papers friction.
I would use Mont Blanc- Albert Einstein edition; for the following reasons:
it has Einstein in the name; helps in answering
it’s a French brand; helps in Ethics’ debatable topics
it fits the stereotype of us (in the UAE), living a lavish life, while still riding camels and live in tents. I’ll get a bunch of them as they’re disposable.
I’m sticking with the Pilot G-2’s for the exam, they’ve been good to me in my preparation’s thus far. Will probably go squiggly line too, when it comes to changing answers. People love a good squiggly, and I will do my part to brighten the grader’s day. I was thinking of maybe also writing some inspirational notes for them, like “You are really grading the heck out of this exam!” or “Keep up the good grading, sir or madam!”
I used that pen just because they’re so cool and I couldn’t resist, but this might give someone pause…
Item: Frixion Point Erasable Gel Ink pen.
*Note: Erasable pens are not recommended for use on legal or office documents. Do not expose to extreme temperatures (<14 degrees Farenheit;>140 degrees Farenheit) If pen is exposed to temperature that reaches 140 degrees Farenheit, the ink will be colorless when writing. To restore color, cool to at least 14 degrees Farenheit in freezer and the ink will again write in color.
