I’m new to this forum. Currently, I work for a globally recognized financial firm. I’ve been in Middle Office/ Back office operations for the past 4 years. My question is what is the best way to swith to Risk Management. Should I take the FRM exam to improve my resume and outlook? I know certifications will not guarantee anything, but I was hoping someone will give me insight with what will be the best alternative for a person in my situatioin.
