Synonmous terms - Income statement

I am struggling, … EBIT, EBT, Recurring Income, Net Income, Net income from continuing operations, Operating Income, EBITDA, Could someoine please ties these together for me with = signs so i know what is what. Have a huge difficulty understanding the similarity in terminology here.

Sales - COGS - SG&A = EBIT -Int =EBT (pretax income) -Taxes = income from continuing operations + other incomes and extraordinary stuff =NI EBITDA is EBIT + D + any amortization. I think that’s correct.

EBITDA -Depr -Amort EBIT = Operating Income -Interest EBT -Taxes Income from continuing ops +earnings from discontinued ops (or subtract losses), net of tax Net Income Let me know if you are still confused

EBIT, EBT, Recurring Income, Net Income, Net income from continuing operations, Operating Income, EBITDA, “Recurring Income” will not appear on the Income statement… it is more of an analyst adjusted value. EBITDA is also less common to be reported on the income statement itself as it is not a GAAP term. EBIT = Operating Income for most companies (not financials)
