HI Is the reading on technical analysis important for level 1exam. Do we get any questions on this topic in exams.
Maybe a few questions on it in the Quants section… if you get it on your first few passes through, great! If not, just move on unless you have more time to spend on it.
Ethics, Equities, and Portfolio Mangement are the best sections to concentrate on if you’ve got a time crunch according to the # of pages you need to read vs. the # of questions on the exam:

The summary, coupled with the odd question on practice/sample/mock exams will probably do the trick IMHO. However, it’s all interesting and pretty straight-forward stuff so why not just have a read?!
