I got a mail from CFAI saying that pick public transport and not your own vehicles because they’re repairing roads near test center. My brother is actually dropping me at the center and I know the city has baaaad traffffick even on normal days. But if I’m supposed to start from Lower Parel and won’t be traveling by train, how early should I start? And are there alternative routes to the center? (I don’t belong to this city?)

You should start no later than 7.15. You should reach the venue in 45 minutes. I stay at Kemps Corner and I am going to leave by 7.
