Actually, it doesn’t. The US can revoke the visa of a non-citizen for making anti-American comments if it so desires. I, on the other hand, can make all the anti-American comments I want and there is nothing the government can legally do about it.

Legal is not necessarily moral.

Do you think the right to freedom of speech should only be given to american citizens? If so, why?

Or, more on point, do you think moderators in this forum should be less lenient towards indians or non-americans in general?
