I think they waited far too long to release this news. Perhaps they were hoping they would find the answer sheets and not have to let it out. Suddenly now having to prepare to rewrite on Feb. 5 is not really enough notice…It would have been much easier to take if they got the news within 2 weeks after Dec. 4. And how likely is it that people still saved their travel receipts from that day?
It is actually a sad story for those of us that took the exams in Ghana. It is the last thing I could imagine. This is another limit of Man’s perfection. If only I had used those nights for vigil. God knows best.
