i guess a good example of this is what if the guy sitting next to you during the CFA exam gives you the finger (before the exam starts and while you are seated waiting for it to start, so sort of 8:30 ish in the morning… meaning that peoples hellos and gestures are allowed) do you think he would be in violation? just a thought
