The Importance of Ethics

June 07 exam: Results: FAIL - Ethics: - * - - Econ: - * - - FSA: - * - - Portfl: - * - - Quant: - * - - Equity: * - - - Fixed: - - * - Deriv: - - * - Altern: - - * Dec 07 exam: Results: PASS - Ethics: - - * - Econ: - * - - FSA: - * - - Portfl: - - * - Quant: - * - - Equity: - * - - Fixed: - * - - Deriv: * - - - Altern: * - - It kind of feels like I did better in June 07 than Dec 07. I had only failed 1 section, and had 70+ on 3, while this time around I failed 2 sections and only got 70+ on 2 (strangely volatile mix too). I assume I barely scraped by because of Ethics, and doing slightly better on FSA/Econ. Best of luck guys

Actually in review my Quant score for Dec 07 was 70+% as well. (can’t edit for some reason)

When i see comments like this i suspect that you will have a rough time getting thru L2. Why, you ask? Because who gives a crap about SECTIONS. Tests are graded on a points system. Try testing your analytical skills by adding up the aggregate points in the <50, 50-70, 70+ points categories and compare the two periods. if you can’t instantly see why your comments about the number of sections is kinda rediculous , then be prepared to put in some serious hours on L2.
